
Rebugged
Description
Control an army of "bugs" to corrupt a vulnerable computer. Beware the Defenders who are not happy that you are messing up the owner's precious files.
Use corrupt bits to expand and upgrade your bug army. The defenders will also compete in this arms race, so use your bits wisely!
Collect corrupt bits to sabotage the bugfixing progress. Cause as much damage as you can!
Rebug or be Debugged!
Hints
- You can slice a folder mid-air, to gain more files per folder!
- Decoys will taunt Defenders in an upgradeable radius, forcing them to attack the Decoy.
- Files will yield more corrupt bits as you level up
- Use the speaker icon at the top right to adjust volume.
- Clearing the Capchas will destroy some Defenders.
- You can slice Folders mid-air to obtain some extra files from them.

Known Issues+Planned Fixes:
- Fix strange capcha hitbox layering/mouse bug
- Fix attack Corruptor speed going negative. Remove attack speed upgrade from Corruptor, or give it a cap
- Randomize Defender spawn pos so there isn't an easy, same-y meta.
- Buff Defenders: They attack immediately when in range, then wait to attack again, instead of waiting to attack.
- Change next-level XP calculation to scale much more slowly (resulting in faster level-ups)
- Make upgrades for bugs cheaper and more impactful across the board
- Slightly increase scaling of corrupt bits provided by files on level-up + Make files tankier
- Increase minimum folder launch speed
- Give Defenders more points to spend to upgrade Defenders on Level-up
- Adjust Bugfix Progress Bar filling rate to the new level-up rate
Basically make the game faster-paced across the board, so that it still starts off slowly but ramps up and gets more chaotic and significantly more intense over time, and so that there isn't one singular strategy for nearly-infinitely collecting bits in a repetitive way
Can't have a game about bugs without bugs :)
